A forum for all things Cardiff City

Great to see that things are returning to pre lockdown normality.
I was becoming accustomed to seeing deserted streets in every area.
The last 2 days arriving to my home town it's been truly heartwarming to see young and old alike enjoying the freedom to once again gather in tight numbers in pub beer car parks to rejoice and get smashed.
Hurrah!

It's a disgrace isn't it?
We should all be staying at home for the rest of our lives really and only going outside once a month for essential items and then we should all have to wear full haz mat suits and one of those helmets that spacemen wear.
We should never be able to see our family and friends again except via a Zoom meeting.
All shops and pubs should be closed indefinitely and nobody should be going into work ever and the government should pay us all to stay home until there is not one single case of coronavirus in the entire world or anybody with a cold or a cough.
Cars are really dangerous so they should be banned because they cause people die in the sometimes but we won't need cars because we have to stay home all the time.

I suppose you're right. Let's get back to pre lockdown and forget the death and disruption and crack on.
Nothing worse than a pandemic conspiracy to sort out us proles.

Might as well get back to normal as it seems we’re all going to die of bubonic plague soon anyway.

That bubonic plague got a racist name...the Black Death.
Hope that killer disease doesn't spread as it'll cause a row over what to call it.
