Michael Holding is one of my lifetime sporting hero's. Grace, balance, perfection on the pitch...... 'Whispering death'.
Post playing days, he is articulate, interesting and relevant.
Some on this board appear to have polar opinions about BLM, arguing that WLM too. Some, I might think, protest too much. This post is absolutely not intended to agrivate. Not meant to prove anything or re-position anyone. Not name calling. But please give up 10 minutes to listen to his experiences of wearing skin which is a different colour to most. It's about oppression. About being marginalised. Treated differently. Being catagorised because of colour. In many ways, CCFC supporters should easily associate with this as for years we were treated differently and all we wanted was to be treated with respect. The same as....
