Locked out of the live stream?

Is anyone else having problems with streaming the live games?

I redeemed my ST voucher, and watched the first few fine - but for the Bristol game I was blocked with the message "Subscription Required".

The CCTV support service is useless. So far as I am aware I can only email them, and they either ignore me or send standard messages which are not relevant to the issue.

Any advice from anyone who has had similar problems?

No subscription comes up on mine

But I just refreshed the page for Preston & Bristol and about 15 minutes after kick off it came on

I dont try till 10 minutes after game starts

Delete all history/cache and you should be fine

I did get to see the game last night. I have no idea what changed between the Bristol game and last night, other than having logged in and out on several occasions between games whilst trying to work it out. Last night worked first time.

I clearly got locked out of the wrong game!
