Bacuna comfortably for me.
Thought Sanderson was very poor. Makes me nervous when he’s defending in our box.

BACUNA
never put a foot wrong and kept pushing in the right direction " forward".

Massive contributions from Smithies, Tomlin, and Ward, but overall for me it was Bacuna, closely followed by Nelson. Terrific team performance. Well done everyone. :bluescarf: :bluebird: :occasion5: :bluescarf:

Bacuna by a country mile!

The midfield 3 really works although Will didn't have the greatest of games. I went for Ralls as he looked dangerous around the box. Bacuna is really holding it all together.

Amazing what happens when real strikers come on..........

Bacuna. Neat and tidy and just doesn’t give the ball away! Superb today.

Bacuna excellent today, Danny ward changed the game though, Bristol's defence couldn't handle his off the ball running, could have had two.

Centre backs were superb again, all the team ran their socks off, but Bacuna was my man of the match. The amount of ground he covered, his quality on the ball and that crunching tackle in the 95th minute saw us over the line.

Bacuna; one of his best (if not the) games for us  :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

If Bacuna had any sort of consistency in his performances he would be a premier league player.
He's either brilliant or Awful he doesn't seem to have any middle ground.

That tackle wins it hands down for Bacuna, Harris is getting a tune out of him and Vaulks.

Wasn't hugely impressed when we signed Bacuna, but then I remembered the goal he scored for Aston Villa against us

Bacuna by a short distance from Nelson.
Honorary mention for Smithies top save.

On the other side of the coin toss up between Paterson (again completely useless) & Hoilett.

Bacuna MOTM he was superb and was like watching our very own Kante on the pitch. Morrison was Immense at the back too and thought Hoilett played well until he ran out of gas in the last 15 mins. Sanderson had a poor game and quite frankly its beginning to look laughable that he's been linked to prem clubs as he clearly needs another year or two in the championship. Vaulks seemed to have a rare off day today but he's been quality since Harris took over tbf. But my god I don't think i can bare to watch Paterson up front anymore without fear of my eyes bleeding. I just cant. He literally does nothing up front apart from stand in offside positions, Roll around on the floor or give away free kicks when we're in promising positions.

With you 100% on Paterson but I didn’t think Hoilett was much cop today - gave away too much possession, his final touch Nd passing were off and he looked knackered.

Another one not mentioned (much) since restart has been Bennett. Another good performance today.

Bennett seems much maligned on here but I thought he was excellent today.

Motm to bacuna though. He has been getting better and better as the seasons gone on

Bacuna

I thought Bacuna’s performance today was as good as any CM performance I’ve seen for us since the days of Medel or Kavanagh.

Many might think that’s over the top, but for a single game that was simply outstanding. If he could do that every week he wouldn’t be playing for us in the Championship.

bacuna for me also hasn't put a foot wrong since the restart looking good

Bacuna for me: he made some crunching tackles and good ball distribution. He has come on in leaps and bounds recently, but especially since the restart.
