There is a pending charge for breach of FFP regulations.

Birmingham were docked 9 points last season for a similar charge.

EFL need to have this resolved very soon given we’re entering the final weeks of the season.

Something similar happened to qpr a while back and they got promoted no points deduction and they were fined £50k
