REFUND ON TICKETS

Hi Gentlemen/Ladies, just a quick question to you all. Have anybody received any updates on season ticket/matchday ticket refunds? All I'm getting is 'refund pending'. Just curious if anybody has any information on the matter?

Yes - club dealing with all refunds from June 30th onwards.

I would suggest emailing the ticket office they will respond and let you know what's happening with your refund.

Mine said 'pending' too mate. I contacted CCFC by email yesterday on - tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk and had a reply within the hour to say that they have all the info they need and they will be starting work on them on the 30th

Finally done transferred two season ticket monies for next season , City made it very hard / tough to do .
