Season ticket refund options...

Last season I bought a season ticket for a family member, but for some reason, it’s not showing up on my historical data on the official web, any ideas.?

It could be that its registered separately on their site? I had similar with my other half ST when doing refund .... have you tried the bit at bottom where you can do st associated with your account that's where I found her..

When I did refund she was not on my account nor was my son who doesn't have st for this season.. but when did associated fans even he was on my account ! If new fan number I suspect it is not linked? again same problem for other halfs st but nice young lady at club linked us together so think this may be problem with yours..
