Having taken up on Option 1 on the season ticket refund, does the viewing rights apply to away matches as well ?

All home & away games, yes.

I spent nearly half an hour trying to get it sorted last week. Couldn’t get it to accept and gave up. Anyone else have a problem with it?

Mine works on both the website and app.

My lads only works on the website. App bleats about not having a correct sub or something.

Clearly there's been some cockup on the server side for the app authentication.

Support are hopeless - said use to use the audio stream on app - that doesn't work either, same error.

Tried switch on/off, log in/out, unistall/reinstall, different phone, the works.

Nothing - so clearly an authentication fault on their end at the app side.
