If he wants to own a football club get together with some of his fellow professionals and follow the path of the players who bought Salford.
If he is as I suspect talking about the average black person then guess what Troy there is no clear path for the average white person to own a football club either.

Idiot.
Then after your 5-6 year career at the "top" for the mighty Watford you'd be driving a cab or trying to run a pub.
Get real

Same goes for when they talk about black managers. If they're good enough, they'll get the job.
Raheem Sterling has been asking why Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard got better first jobs than Sol Campbell. Part of the issue with that is Gerrard had previously done well as Liverpool's youth manager and Lampard was recommended to Derby by Harry Redknapp who is related to him.
Both also went into coaching not long after their careers ended.
Campbell didn't go straight into coaching. It was seven years after he retired that he got his first managerial job and his only coaching experience was very low key, in that he was Assistant Manager of Trinidad and Tobago.
Another factor is Campbell came across as very arrogant so many owners wouldn't go near him.. I remember him once saying he had one of the best football brains in the World.
I've had sympathy when it comes to BLM on certain matters, but not when it comes to football management and owning a football club.

Raheem Sterling comes out with some ridiculous things mate
He was moaning that only 1/3 of Premier League players are black
Given only 3% of the population are black/black British then surely to god that means black men are doing EXTREMELY well in the British game and are not underrepresented by any stretch of the imagination

Black or white. Surely that's 50/ 50 . What doesn't surprise me is that Sterling is as thick as shit. What does is that nobody challenges him on his obvious learning difficulties. Well maybe that's the answer.
