Season Ticket Refund

On Tuesday I went on to the CCFC website signed in to my Bluebirds Account to claim my credit refund. When I clicked on the Season Ticket arrow it said refund request sent but did not allow me to choose my options. Since then I have received an email from the club thanking me for donating my money to the Academy which wasn't my preference. I have tried ringing the ticket office to be informed in a pre-recorded message that no phone calls are being taken. I have sent two emails to the ticket office still awaiting a reply. Has anyone else had this experience? On a positive note a voucher code was emailed to me to use the online streaming facility to watch our remaining matches.
