REFUND PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS

OK, anyone with one ticket can with great difficulty get the prefered option, I have done mine. if you have muliple tickets, then you have to open an account for each ticket holder, bit of a pain but I have just done a second ticket option, for friends.
Now if you choose option 1 or 2 no problem, but if you choose option money refund, then for each one you have have a name bank name, account number and sortcode, now if you originally bought the tickets for family, I can see no problem putting the same bank details etc as your own (Your name as account holder)
If you do not have an account then you have to register one, the option is there underneath the login button on the first page.
