All the staff at the WAG will be getting the payrise though.
The welsh economy is screwed for the forseeable future - tourism gone, accommodation gone, food and drink gone, manufacturing stopped. The only things left are public sector jobs (they dont make money) and possibly people working for online delivery companies.
Not seen the worst of it yet either - when the furlough ends - companies will then decide whether to close or scale down.
Meanwhile Drakeford seems to have sort of 5 mile fetish and a need to just be different than Westminster. The one benefit to come from all this - is to shine alight on the utter waste of space we have as first minister. Is there a 'second minister' ? if so - we need to make a substitution
