Trying to sort season ticket option...

10 minutes wait in queue but then I’m going round in circles as it won’t let me pick option.
Anyone else having / had similar problem?
I’m a bit of a technophobe but doing everything that I’m being asked to do. Bit frustrating tbh.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I had that problem, until I clicked on my current active ticket... there's a little symbol on the bottom right of the current ticket info ....then it opens up another area with the options to select

It’s definetely not easy to do it. Been on the site for 5-10 mins and haven’t got a clue how to do it. I clicked on my current ticket but there aren’t any options for a refund.

Tried 3 times. No success. If anyone does manage to sort, please can you help

The season ticket info is at the top of 5e page if you click on the downward arrow but when you go in there and click on that little grey box no options come up. It has for some weird reason got my mother down as the owner as I purchased hers at the same time but I used my card so don’t know what’s going on with it. Blooming annoying!

Does anyone know if the ticket office is open as yet as I do t think I’ll sort it online.

I think the problem we are all having is to do with our fan Id no. It’s says when you create an account you can link your fan no but there’s no option to actually do it

Log in.click on tickets you'll see your name.click on it .transactions you'll see this seasons season ticket purchase click on complete you'll see the options

Done it!!! More luck than judgement
Here goes -
Get to page with large box saying ‘update for ST holders & match ticket purchases’
Click on the grey circle next to the basket / trolley on top of page
You’ll be asked to confirm your ST number - click on it
Choose ‘my account’
Scroll to ST 19/20
Then I think it was ‘refund option’
Click on your choice
I think it then said ‘submitted’

The problems may be down to the browser your are using on a phone.
Could not see any options but once I altered chrome to desktop site, the options were there.
Ive chosen refund to the academy.
Still cant work out why the raffle is not included in this option though .

Still won’t work. I went to my season ticket 19/20 and the transaction but there are no options in there. I’m wondering if it’s because I purchased 3 tickets/flex 5 etc all at the same time on my card under my name however on the transaction history it has my mothers name and states she is the owner which is abit annoying as she wasn’t even there when I purchased the . I’ll have to email the club but I’m sure I’m not the only person who purchased a few things all at the same time under other people’s fan I’d too. I think they’ve just made a mistake and put it down in my mothers name despite it being my account, my fan number and my payment card lol. Doesn’t matter will just email them.

Are you trying to complete on a phone, you need a desktop version of your browser.

No probs. Took me a while to find it. Thought I'd try and help others.

I've moaned about the this new ticket website before. I've even emailed the club the pass my thoughts on it. Nice to know they've used this 'downtime' to sort it out. The old one was perfectly fine.

I bought two st think I've managed to get refund as says pending but it's a total mess as cannot find it again.... does it automatically do 2nd st ?

I had to create an account for my son with his own fan number a while ago. So I logged in on that and did his.

Could you create another account for your second one and try that?

Although, I remember linking fan number and account was a faff too.

Thanks Jimmy at moment got nice young lady looking at it for me as on level 4! Sent email to her waiting answer.... stupid thing is no place on refunds to do more than one st, just said pending so assume thats me done but not hers

I’m not particularly techie but done it by choosing option 2 earlier on my iPad.
Found it pretty straightforward.
