That's a person at a protest in Germany last month. Later it was used by republicans to 'prove' that it was antifa or Soros or whatever they've been told to hate. Personally I just see a picture of a man with something on his neck, could it be headphones, could it be an earpiece, could it be a scar? Who knows? Who cares? It doesn't prove a big conspiracy.

Agree about the undercover ops,but that is Deffo an earpiece, unless in the 1st pic, he's mixing on dj decks

ill take your word for the ear piece... but seen loads of these undercover cops at football , quite often head to toe in brand spanking new gear and looking as if mummy dressed them in it just before leaving the house..
