Once again, shows the partiality and narrative of our mainstream media. It was all over BBC (now known as the Biased Broadcasting Company).
If they showed both sides of the story I would still respect them but they clearly DON'T
LIE: all those protecting statues/monuments or protesting at covering them up are 'far right'
TRUTH: majority are working class plus some veterens fed up of how this is being handled and portrayed
LIE: they're all racist thugs
TRUTH: majority NOT but clearly some EDL and others in attendance
LIE: BLM are all peaceful protestors
TRUTH: clearly NOT all ... check out ukhood on twitter if you (warning: extreme vioence)

Its because we have an institutionally racist media. They've gone way beyond positive discrimination or bias in their reporting and they're driving the agenda. Unfortunately the arseholes who caused trouble on Saturday played into their hands but the in balance in reporting of incidents needs to be investigated.
Kier Stammer rightly condemns the scumbag trouble makers on Saturday who left 6 police injured. He said " Any violence against our police completely unacceptable. No ifs, no BUTS. He's absolutely right. BUT Keir made no such comment on the scumbag BLM the week before whose demonstrations left 49 injured some still in hospital. But Keir made no comment on the scumbags who rounded and attacked those police officers in Hackney last week. Why is that ?

Well he's only himself to blame. On that basis though the arsonist should get 2 years at least. Those who actually deface property or cause criminal damage the same.

He got 2 weeks jail, lets hope everyone else who defaced any monuments also got jail or will get jail.
Not heard of anyone else yet?

its the coverage and reactions that's really got to me .
I read a report yesterday about the guy being carried... 3 quotes from this Hutchinson chap... we { he had mates with him } didn't want to see him killed ,it wasn't going to end well...his head was being trampled so they { hutchinsons mates } surrounded the fella on the floor while I { Hutchinson } scooped him up... and then { his mates } shielded them as they got out of there as there were people still trying to hit him...
the journalist managed to write the article around this which included 3 mentions to peaceful BLM protestors..2 mentions of far right football fans fighting police...including 100 arrests { the arrests were written in a context where it sounded as if it was 100 far right arrests... oh and the fella being carried was thought to be a far right .
you've just had a bloke beaten almost to death but it was peaceful ? yeah ok..

If he’d been a BLM protestor you can bet your life he would NOT be arrested.

Home Secretary urges London Mayor to discourage protests
Priti Patel has warned if the Mayor of London is not prepared to discourage protests "then we will absolutely do that and fill that void".
Jason McCartney MP said his constituents who had been making "huge sacrifices" to restrict the spread of the virus had been watching events in London "with a mixture of disbelief and anger".
Ms Patel replied: "The British public have made enormous sacrifices throughout the Covid crisis and it is right... that the sacrifices that they have made and the hard-won gains we have made as a country in tackling coronavirus are not lost with these gatherings.
"It is right and I too would urge the Mayor of London, as I have been, as have the police, the Met Commissioner as well, to stand firm and discourage these gatherings and quite frankly if the Mayor of London isn't prepared to do that then we will absolutely do that and fill that void."
