Cardiff City Tv

Hi, I am a City season ticket holder and will highly likely take the Option 1 offer for the rest of the season. I have never used the City TV programme, so could someone please advise me if it is any good - ie live broadcast and if available on tablet, normal tv or some other equipment, and if decent quality. Any advice would be grateful - thanks!

I’m all up for the 1st option, but just to simply things for people who aren’t confident with computers (me), is it a case of the following?

1. Put “Cardiff City Website” into google chrome search.
2. Click on Live TV (located on the top right of the page).
3. Scroll to the bottom and click “subscription packages.”
4. Click on “redeem voucher.”
5. Type the voucher code into (where?)
6. Watch the game.

The reason I ask is I remember people harping on about updating fan accounts ages ago, but I never did mine and can’t remember the password of the old one. Would this need sorting?

Also, I’ve read the codes will be sent to my email address. Is this correct? I’m not sure which email address the club have me under as I didn’t have one upon setting up in 2014. I think it’s my wife’s, so will check tonight.

Apologies in advance if this is a confusing read.

To find out which email you have just try and login to your account. You can always open a new account all you have to do is have your season ticket number, if it says there is already an account then it will probably be defunct, so back to the new account page and put in a new email address, and register. With regard to where to "type in the voucher code" that little box will not be available until after 2pm monday, I guess :laughing6: :ayatollah:

I’ve screen shot this and will revisit it on Monday. My lack of computer literacy means I will never be a moderator on here, that’s for sure.

Genuine thanks for both your time and effort!
