Homeless World Cup

We all love football, it can be played by anyone, basically anywhere – all you need is a ball!
That is a reason why the Homeless World Cup uses the beautiful game – through a network of Street Football Partners across 70+ countries – to inspire people who are homeless and socially isolated to change their own lives, by developing teamwork and trust and competing in a world class, international football tournament, the most recent of those being Cardiff 2019.
This year, due to Covid-19, we had to cancel our event for the first time. Instead, we will host a Homeless World Cup Day on July 5. Take a seat in our Virtual Stadium to see some classic games from past events, with professional punditry, fun competitions, and insightful debate.
In the meantime, we’d like to hear your opinion on our Goal of the Month competition. Tell us what you think were the best goals!

I heard Cardiff city council passed the acceptance of staging it in Cardiff by 1 vote,they all sat around the table and shat themselves ,my informant told me the muttering in the corridors was different to the voting chamber,but hey if we didn’t have enough homeless people in Cardiff,then let’s invite the nation’s homeless here as well.
