South African student at Oxford University

Ntokozo Qwabe received a bursary from the Cecil Rhodes foundation to study at the University,now he is the founder of the Rhodes must go campaign to tear down the statue of Cecil Rhodes which is in the University’s grounds.
Ntokozo Qwabe bragged online that he and a friend made a waitress cry after refusing to tip her,the woman cried ‘typical white tears’ after writing on the bill ‘we will give tip when you return the land’.

how does someone get into Oxford without being able to figure out that it was a very small minority of people involved in the slave trade and colonisation.. and if it did exist today a waitress wouldn't have acres of land or slaves of her own...
