Netflix your lockdown favourites

Sun May 17, 2020 6:02 pm

Netflix has kept going through this in a big way and due to the abundance on it have never been bored. I was recommended last kingdom and I've loved the last dance but for an off the wall one I think alot of city fans might like trailer park Boys. What about your tips?

Life on Mars
After Life
Made me think. Why not scrap the BBC licence fee.
In fact scrap the BBC all together as their programme schedule has been appalling during this crisis.

Gentlemen you must check out Fauda, I’m coming to the end of series 3. It’s about the Israelis and Palestinians, subtitled but don’t let that put you off, it’s simply brilliant.

After Life
The Witcher
Stranger Things
Don’t F*** with Cats
Tiger King
Riverdale
Sabrina
Jessica Jones
Bo Burnham - Make Happy
Sunderland Til I die

I think that’s about it in regards to the Netflix originals. Obviously otherwise I’ll be including things like Breaking Bad etc

Money Heist (first two series). Currently watching 3 ... ok but not as good.
The Last Dance. Anyone remotely interested in Basketball would love this. Shows what an incredible competitor Michael Jordan was.

Losers- Quite funny and light hearted

Sunderlant till i die. Didn't think much of series 1, but series 2 was very enjoyable and insightful.

I enjoyed Sunderland Til I Die, a superb insight into what happens behind the scenes of a football club, the ups and the many downs. :bluescarf:

The Last Dance. I enjoyed this so much that I’m seriously considering starting to watch NBA. Never watched a Basketball game in my life. Brilliant documentary!
The Tiger King. You have to watch it to believe it. Only America can produce people like Joe Exotic.
