P.S - The match wouldn't be televised, anywhere.

Ok.. I'll start and say that I wouldn't go and I reckon the crowd would be between 8 - 10,000

I would go... 75% of UK deaths yesterday were from causes other than covid.. and at no point has it accounted for 50% of deaths in any given day.. so although there is extra risk I figure there is still much more chance of me dying of something else … so while alive I want to live.. think the crowd would be decent too , once people see others prepared to go it will make them more confident in themselves..

I see your points and I’ve only put the thread up as I asked two of my mates the same question yesterday and they both said yes. I’m saying no but I’m not 100% sure tbh.

I'm not risk averse by any means but for me it depends how it's done.
If 10,000 are shoe horned in to stands with 10,000 capacity I'd chose not to go.
If the whole ground was open and half of season ticket holders allowed in to watch Leeds and the other half the next match, I'd take my place in game I was allowed to attend. I wouldn't want 2m to my self but I'd be reluctant if there were no distancing or restrictions set in place whatsoever.
I appreciate how complicated it would be as members of same household could sit together and I'd much rather go with my son who usually sits next to me.

I can see myself making effort in a few games time though but for now my answer is no.

Appropriate risk assessments will have been carried out and that would be my deciding factor
Can't stay cocooned forever and at some point people have to get off the risk averse bandwagon that envelops so much in life these days even without this wretched pandemic that actually adversely affects less people than many other (currently ignored) ailments
Controversial statement to some?![]()
Maybe so, but then again I haven't been brain-washed by Sky News and 'The Beeb' into thinking we're all doomed and Covid-19 is the only socio-medical 'issue' out there right now

That would mean only about 3000 could safely social distance inside our stadium . In theory.
Upon entry you would have to go straight to the seat after going through temperature check cameras
It would be a row of people with 3 seats separating them and then 2 rows behind and in front not used
It would also mean food and drink to be from sellers in the stands only with the concourse closed to allow a queuing system for the toilets
Not sure I would enjoy that very much and would probably prefer to be at home
