More than 60 Premier League players are set to see their contracts expire this summer - and Cardiff City and Swansea City should be casting an eye over the following list with interest.

With the season still to be finished, the Premier League confirmed this week that out-of-contract players - whose deals expire on June 30 - will be able to extend deals to the end of the campaign.

But just who is due to become a free agent this summer? A number will be out of the reaches of Cardiff and Swansea, but there are a few who have been on their radars before and will become increasingly attractive now that they have no price tag attached to them.

A few on that list will notice a difference in their remuneration moving forward.

We should be signing under 23 players released from the top academy’s who are fast skilful and want to prove themselves.
Signing young players and moving them on for profits is the way to go if the owner don’t want to invest huge sums again so we can be run at a sustainable level.

i think this is the way to go forward now, easier said than done but picking up the likes of the fullback from wolves on loan etc.
