Boris says Estate Agents can open up today and could realistically take me around say 20 different houses with all these different families in, but if I had a family member living in any of them I could not go
I could have a cleaner in my house and they could clean 5 different houses but still not a family member, madness.

There is a 50 page handbook if you need to know what you can do and can not do.

And nor does the average person, they just want it straight and clear, not 100's of different new laws, changing all the time.

Agree. A plain and simple straight forward instruction.
Too many vague easy to confuse messages.
The 5 step guide using "exponentially" sums it up

This sums it up best.
When did everyone become so needy?!
I don't need to go out today. So I won't. I'm not asking if I can play golf, fish, meet a friend, etc. I don't need to so I'm not going to. But if I did, I'd use the guidelines and a degree of common sense to figure it out myself.

The situation is changing all the time.
Would you have been happy to be in lockdown on the Islands for months with a case rate of zero purely because Madrid still had cases? This is not black and white.

Viewings
As of 13 May, the Government has updated their guidance for England only to allow physically distanced viewings that carefully adhere to public health guidance. It is vital that safety comes first, with the guidance reflecting that with several measures that need to be followed to conduct viewings safely:
Viewings must only take place with serious buyers who are genuinely interested in the property.
Initial viewings should be done online as virtual viewings. We have created a guide on how to conduct your own virtual viewings. Your estate agent can also assist you on this.
When conducting physical viewings, they should be done by appointment only and open houses are not permitted.
If your home is being viewed, open all windows and doors prior to the viewing taking place and if possible, leave the property for the duration of the viewing.
Everyone involved must wash their hands prior to the viewing and handwashing facilities should be made available with separate paper towels if possible.
Estate agents will look to restrict the number of people present at the viewing in order to follow social distancing guidelines.
Once the viewing has finished, the homeowner should ensure surfaces such as door handles are cleaned.
For Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in-person viewings are still not permitted and should be delayed, however digital alternatives can be carried out such as virtual and 360-degree viewings.
