Strange no logical reason why RCT should be the highest in the UK, not lot's of tower blocks, not densely populated, no underground, maybe they've had a big care problem or something, this is why we need the tracking asap to stop it spreading in areas like this.

Possibly to do with health & lifestyle etc, also post industrial disease. Old mining areas tend to have more problems with health, emphysema, COPD etc amongst the population, and considering the age group. The last generation of miners will be 50s and above now generally speaking..

Or the odd pub backroom still open or even worse people drinking in garages converted into tiny pubs ( long b4 covid btw)
