This just in from the Welsh Assembly Government.
Chairman Drakeford, Chief Protector of the Newts and Earthworms, has declared plans to immediately construct a 50ft high wall along the whole of the border between England and Wales and he's going to send the bill to Boris at Westminster. It'll have barbed wire on the top and machine gun posts every 20 yards or so along it's full length.
"That'll keep the English bastards away from our beauty spots like Merthyr Tydfil and Ringland" said the First Minister.
"Not only that, it'll prove that we never needed a relief road around Newport in the first place" he said from his private helicopter on the way to his holiday home in Pembrokeshire.
