You are allowed to spend more time at parks and beaches but I doubt they mean you can travel anywhere. The short distance from home will still apply . Whatever distance that is piers is just sensstionalising it like normal

Piers Morgan is a complete and utter bellend
Remember this is the guy who was aware that phone tapping was rife amongst his employees when he was editing NOTW and Mirror and did absolutely nothing to stop it and even encouraged the use of it to listen to private and sometimes very personal conversations before printing them in his rag
Once again he is sensationalising everything to make his point..Nobody has been told it is ok to drive hundred of miles to sunbath on a beach and the reason elderly people have to stay at home with no visitors is to shield and protect them

Total Bellend, he had two professors on and kept interrupting them with stupid fecking questions, people want here what they say not Bellend Morgan.
He was told you can see relatives outdoors at 2-metre distance, but if they're old and have health conditions, why would you take a risk, it's all common sense?
