IT HAS STARTED!!!

Went out today for my allowed daily hour walk, ( I do Keep well away from everybody) and saw more people out today than I have seen for several weeks. Are people so stupid that when Boris says they will make a statement on Sunday regarding the lockdown, that people think ah! that great now I can go out and about lockdown is over. I also saw today people passing each other by inches, when up until yesterday they were excellent at keeping their distance, it is not a coincidence. If these idiots carry on like they are starting to do then we will certainly be heading for another wave of Covid19 and many more deaths. I really do dispair

I think that's probably why they've been trying not to give anything away as far as easing restrictions is concerned but over the last few days there seems to have been more and more information leaking out about the possible lifting of restrictions in the near future. This has been almost like a green flag to every knobhead to think it's ok to go back to normal.

And yesterday Jenrick told us all to go out and buy a newspaper -

A free country needs a free press, says Robert Jenrick, noting that many are under "significant financial pressure".

He urges everyone to buy a paper if they can.

How can they win ? they want to save the press and then there is the mis quotes.
I check what i post as i said before Good or Bad - to how it comes across to others - that's their choice .

Part of the reason is because the Labour leader is keeping on to tell the people what is going to happen after lockdown .Unfortunately the minute you do that then people think it is all over and back to normal..I believe the best way was to just say nothing and just implement things if/when it is safe to so.. I do not think the government closed down early enough and I do not think they were severe enough when they did go into lockdown.

Don't despair, it's not just this country,in spain residents of alicante and fuengerola are pissed at the hoardes of people ignoring the 2 metre rule,groups of cyclists not of the same household riding in packs! Runners spitting on the pavements,people in large numbers standing and chatting,with no thought given to residents,And the possibility of a 2nd wave occurring, give people an inch,and they take a mile.

And we still get the “educated” press and some politicians demand the UK public are treated like adults and with respect, and “let them know in advance what the plans are for lifting the restrictions” I think the Burger King and KFC queues, plus VE celebrations give us a bit of a clue as to why there’s no advance notice
