N The Express is talking pure bullshit regarding Spain saying lockdown started up again , over here it was agreed that every 2 weeks till the end of June ( lockdown stays till then) they would lift some of the strict measures for certain regions and they still are but not for Barcelona. Bar terraces open up next Monday for the first time etc

Jenrick urges people to buy a newspaper warning of 'significant financial pressure'
