‘ UEFA have today opened the ticket ‘

Tue May 05, 2020 3:51 pm

UEFA have today opened the ticket returns section on the Euro 2020 ticket portal.
They are basically giving fans who had already bought tickets an option to cancel for a full refund or keep the tickets. The portal is only open for a few weeks but will open again once all the dates are known for 2021.
So, if fans want to wait until the dates are confirmed and then request a refund, they will be able to do so. The current return window is for those who know they won’t be able to attend next year.

All the info is on www.euro2020.com/tickets, there is an FAQ section and the contact page is still available either through the FAQs or on this url https://support.tickets-euro2020.uefa.c ... quests/new

The FAW members should know that Lucy will always help whenever she can but there is not much she can do in terms of help or advice because she does not have the booking details from UEFA, so fans will need to log into to their UEFA ticket accounts and go from there. If the FAQs don’t help, they will need to use the contact form.

Lucy also informed us that she apologises for any delays in answering e mails, she is basically on her own due to the Corona virus as most of the team are furloughed but she will get back to everyone as soon as she can.

Please go through UEFA to get all the answers about euro 2020 ticket refunds only they can help you and not the FAW…You can of course decide to hang on to your tickets but no decision has yet been made about how tickets would become available for 2021 yet or what loyalty system will be in place but no doubt there will be something.

Big Thanks to Lucy for this heads up, she is still in work following the social distancing rules but says she is well which is a good thing
