https://www.which.co.uk/news/2020/03/co ... -yourself/I've been using Vick's First Defence plus the annual Flu jab for years and I can't remember the last time I had a cold or the Flu. It coats viruses and stops them multiplying, which allows the immune system to kill the viruses quicker than they can multiply. With the common cold, the immune system normally takes days before it gets to this point. Therefore, if it coats COVID-19 it could have a similar effect and possibly stop COVID-19 developing past the mild symptoms.
It is also helpful if people keep their immunity levels up with sunlight exposure for vitamin D (difficult for some with lock down) and foods with high Zinc levels, such as oysters, lobster, crab, beef, pork, chicken, mushrooms, kale, legumes, seeds, nuts, dairy foods, eggs and dark chocolate.
