TOON PLAY TO BRUCE'S TUNE
Newcastle manager Steve Bruce remains popular among his Toon squad, reports the Sun on Sunday, with the club's players said to be determined to prove to the new owners that he should be kept on beyond this season.
WIth a big-money takeover in the offing at St James' Park, a number of managers including Mauricio Pochettino have been linked with the club's top job, even though Bruce remains in the role and has led the club to, at the time of the coronavirus outbreak, 13th in the Premier League table.
