MY THOUGHTS: FIXING FOOTBALL IN THE UK

Here below I have got my plans to fix football whenever it returns. Now some are good and some are not so good but overall its a fix that no one will agree on so I hope you all do on this forum. The 1 thing I purposely missed out on is when the football can actually return and this is the 100 million pound question because no one will have a clue when it should or even would return.
But I personally think football in the UK should do what the french have done and finish this season now and reward the top team in every league the title. UK Football should NOT return until September. But overall this is just what I think I am sure you guys can get better solutions. This is just to get people talking.

well its either finish the season with integrity .. same squads, same rules, same grounds { home and away } which looks extremely unlikely or cancel it...
