Bloke called H, trying to get a refund on his tickets.. also said he had tickets for a Man City game and he had his money back... whinging..
Really annoyed me.. First of all that he watched Man City as he said his daughter wanted to support a winning team!! Really..
then doesn’t he realise Man City are fat fat richer than lost clubs, he even admitted that the club have announced that tickets will be able to be used when new dates set in future and if not acceptable they would refund money then..

Don't see the problem with people trying to get their money back on goods that are no longer worth anything to them, especially so if they need the money to survive.

I mean it's not like bills have stopped, I was a day late on a credit card payment this month and Barclaycard hounded me the second it went over and for me it was only an oversight but what about those that have been furlouged, lost jobs etc.

If youve paid for a product and its no longer available then you are entitled to a refund.
Without asking i had a refund from millenium centre as show was cancelled. Also hotel automatically refunded me without asking.

Without asking i had a refund from millenium centre as show was cancelled. Also hotel automatically refunded me without asking.

Exactly mate, my brother has £140 in tickets tied up with the Club that he bought for the Leeds game but he's in a priveledged position whereas he doesn't need to press for his money back as he's working from home on full pay, same as me.

One of my mates on the other hand just had his first pay 20% down on his usual take home whilst almost all his outgoings and bills remain the same, if not more. If you got two people in a household furlouged that's 40% decrease between them on their usual income, I think people who are lucky and not in that position forget this.

Everyone needs to just look after themselves at the moment first and foremost and then others, and businesses when and where they can, If they can.

its only a drop of 20% if you normally don't pay tax, national insurance or spend anything traveling to work / parking etc... I know quite a few marginally better off...
