If this season is cancelled and void, now that they have apparently sorted the financial issues do they get the place back in league 1 as the expulsion happened in the voided season ?
Or will they be expelled again from the next season starting ?
Surely if they void the season then every decision made about the league that year including Burys expulsion would be voided and they would be back in the league.
The owner seems to think so as hes fighting it again according to reports today.
Could be interesting, I hope they get back in.

I would love to see Bury reprieved and I personally can’t see why not if they void this season .
