After months of delay, the recommendation of the Ethics Committee investigator came out and is a catapult for Olympiacos, Marinaki and 11 other natural persons as it finds signs of guilt. The future of Olympiacos now hangs in a decision.

In the Judicial Department of the Ethics Committee refers 12 of the 28 defendants, in the very hot case of the "Gang", among them Vangelis Marinakis as well as two groups Olympiacos and Atromitos, the Commission's researcher, Panagiota Spanou.

As the "trial" reveals, After months of delay of the investigation, the member of the Commission found that there are signs of fixing match results and refers the case to the Judicial Department that will decide whether to impose sanctions. Thus, Olympiacos is in danger of relegation and Vangelis Marinakis with a lifetime exclusion from football.

Apart from the owner of the "Reds", they are also referred to: the owner of Atromitos Giorgos Spanos, the former president of EPO Giorgos Sarris, the former vice president of EPO Aristides Stathopoulos, the former legal adviser of EPO Theodoros Kouridis, the former adviser of EPO Nikos Prountzos, the coach Sa Pinto, the former administrative agent of Atromitos Giannis Angelopoulos and the former referees Elias Spathas, Alexandros Dimitropoulos, Costas Ioannidis, Apostolos ambarciolis.

Any sanctions will be decided at a secret plenary conference of the Ethics Committee of EPO chaired by the president of the First Instance Glykeria - Louisa Ioannidou.

The proposal is official and sends Olympiacos and Marinakis to the ropes. Relegation, $3 million Panagiota Spanou proposes a fine and a lifetime ban on Marinakis!

A... Olympiacos is a stepping stone before relegation to Super League 2.

The suggestion by the member of the Ethics Committee, Panagiota Spanou, is official: to demote the "red-whites", a lifetime exclusion from football to Vangelis Marinakis and a fine of three million euros, in accordance with Article 27the Code of Conduct, which refers to "pre-determination of a match result for betting purposes" and refers to penalties in Article 29 ("influence for match manipulation") and includes the heaviest punishments of disciplinary regulations
