So firstly we have the scandal of NHS England gazumping the Welsh Assembly on testing kits.

So we're all in this together ................................. as long as you live in England.
Can't wait to see what the annual financial settlement for the devolved nations is going to be moving forward !!

I hear what you say but...
Is it possible that with an issue like PPE it should be controlled by central government and (hopefully) distributed fairly across UK hospitals as opposed to Wales accessing some and (understandably) just distributing to Welsh hospitals.
Just a thought

Having it controlled centrally would clearly resolve this problem although then I would question why Health is devolved to each nation within the UK at all.
I think I'm more worried about the general attitude that flies in the face of what Boris said on the steps of No.10 on the day he became PM and as a result cost many lives in Wales and Scotland that might have been avoided if they were on a level playing field.

NHS Wales doubled ther bed capacity in readiness. That is simpy an incredible achievement thatnone of the UK countries have got anywhere near.
NHS Wales got in before NHS England in terms of ordering testing kits, before being gazumped (and yes this will come out after the crisis because it's pretty widely accepted on both sides of the argument but they've agreed to park it in the interests of focusing on what's coming).
Where exactly has NHS Wales fallen behind NHS England in it's planning in your opinion ? I'm intrigued.

Your yardstick is how the other side appears to be doing. That doesn’t matter, but does show that it doesn’t matter if Wales gets it wrong, because the English did. Which is nowhere at all.

Erm Swansea barrage was stopped in Westminster. M4? Both sides to that one I know but you can’t aim for a greener Wales and the go building more motorways. If your team is playing badly then you change the manager don’t you and that’s what needed in the senedd. A party that cares about Wales with new exciting ideas. Not dame old unionist parties

A greener Walesbabbling chimp Drakeford said the W.A.G are not actively seeking increased business for Cardiff Airport because they don’t want to increase pollution

The point some of you are missing is the Senedd's preparation was far better than Westminster. I'm certainly not a Labour supporter but the facts are the Senedd had ordered 5000 test a day from Roche in Switzerland. Westminster took those test for England. 5000 would have made a great difference because testing is the only way to beat this. Then come this PPE saga where companies have been told to take orders from England only.
I respect political views even if disagreeing with them, but ignoring the truth is another thing. Lot's of you like to slag the Senedd off but take a minute to think of just some of the things Wales has led on - organ donation, cigarette ban in pubs etc, charge for plastic bags, minimum alcohol price, the list goes on. Wales can lead where others follow. After this crisis where Welsh lives are being treat as second class to those offer the border by Westminster you need to take a long look ar yourself.

I voted against it over 20 years ago and it had regrettably proved me correct. Labour were dead keen and probably still are secretly on a second referendum in case we changed our minds, how about a pulse check on WAG.
Its for third raters. Anyone decent heads further down the M4 to London where the real power is. Ron Davies, Alun Michael, and Rhodri Morgan were average to good MP's. They were gods in Cardiff Bay.
If the concept is not poor the application certainly has been. Arlene Foster and Nicola Sturgeon must look at Drakeford a scream WTF, we got no chance with this loser on our side.

And you rate those in Westminster!!! Look at the mess were in, the deaths, the suffering simply down to Westminster’s incompetence. It didn’t have to be like this look at New Zealand, Germany, Finland, Denmark etc
