He didn’t give details over the phone but said that it was difficult enough to keep people indoors this weekend anyway without businesses being ‘open as usual’.

Sad to say, but I'm not surprisedbeen rumours of pubs opening back rooms, the pictures from all over yesterday, the amount of people I have seen today, just ambling around, not doing anything deemed as exercise, takeaways not adhering to social distance rules, all to make a buck! I'm sure we can do without take aways offering a walk in service, make it delivery only,no need to have doors open, problem solved.only 1300 fines issued in the country so far, while Germany,France spain and Italy are in the tens of thousands, and a couple around 200,000!!,the rules must be tougher, £60 hasn't stopped morons from using a mobile at the wheel, these same morons will not be put off with similar for breaching guidelines, get tough on both imho, caught using phone, instant 12 month ban as standard, breaching guidelines on covid 19, £500 fine, and if unemployed 6 months community service at a hospital, and not a couple of hours a week either,a full 40 hours minimum week.caught a 2nd time, double,if you are a key worker, make the fine double, and community service at weekends.sounds a bit harsh? Not in my eyes.
