Mobile Phone Scam - Three

Good morning all,
This is a scandal and authorised fraud in my opinion.
Apparently been going on for a while with mobile UK companies EE, Vodafone, O2 and three.
Its called "payforit" and all four mobile companies add it automatically to your account but THREE is the only company that cannot or more likely will not add a "CHARGE TO BILL" BAR/BLOCK to your account (this then stops third party companies like gym, food,etc companies charging one off or subscription charge through your mobile phone bill)
Just feel that I should warn you all about a Mobile Phone Scam that has happened to me last week.
I am pretty security aware when it comes to technology and money but this one got me for £40 - Bastards
I'm with THREE and have been for over 2 years and never heard of this "payforit" before.
I got a text last week from a healthy meal plan company I have never heard of or contacted ? - the text said thank you for signing up to our meal plan (what I should have done then was ignore it and DO NOT send a response) but it said that if you have NOT signed up for this service send the text STOP to a certain number. Seems that this STOP text was actually an AGREE text and this company then charged a one off fee of £40 through my H3G (three mobile) bill - so this months bill by direct debit is £58 instead of the normal £18.
I have been in contact with THREE who initially said for me to contact the company, then after a second phone call now say that they will refund the £40 as a one off. I asked about putting a "charge to bill" bar/block on "payforit" and they said that they cannot ? (more like will not as they make money from third party charges). They can put a Premium rate bar/block but that will not stop this "payforit" scam.
The other O2,EE and Vodafone apparently - You CAN phone up to put a "charge to bill" Bar/Block.
I am seriously considering my future with THREE and I would urge anyone to find out more about this "payforit" scam.
