LEEDS UTD - BIG LOSS ANNOUNCED

I read on BBC Teletext the other day that Leeds reported the following figures for the Accounts yer ended June 2019:-
Club Operating Loss - £36M
Player Sales Money In £15
Net Loss £21.4M

Turn Over rose to £48.9m (from £40.7M)

WAGE BILL rose to £46.1M (from £31.3M)

I'm sure that Club requires promotion to the Premier League next season in order to just cover the wage bill, however, are the EFL looking into the bonkers wage bill?

What if they implode again and don't go up? Can they continue to get away with such a huge wage bill?
