I dont think it's up to them tbh ,depends what's in the rules of the premier league

They won't be able to be crowned Champions if this season is declared null and void!

Please excuse my ignorance but is it up to UEFA? Surely it is a matter for the Premier League. Rather confusing as to who wields power in cases such as this? Perhaps someone on the forum will able to enlighten us as to the legalities of this?
