Our country, the world is desperate to solve/stop this killer virus spreading, it’s not for people to be on their jollies and family days out.

Blame it on the government,the people out and about are out having exercise,or walking pets,if the government ban it,then it will be hardly any excuse to leave your house,you can’t moan at people for doing what they are allowed

No doubt there are still way to many people not following the governments instructions on staying at home and sadly I think it will continue until fines are imposed that are really meaningful.

As regards these photo's you have to ask yourself if their real as there are a couple of things that bring the legitimacy of them into question. Like the ITV logo on the banner not being the one currently used, and didn't ITV News actually close down in 2005.

I watched the ITV news yesterday and didn't see these images but did see a section on the Evergreen Health App which whilst only being used by 26700 was giving data on which areas of the country were following government instructions and which areas were flouting them.

One of the best areas with 97.1% compliance was Richmond On Thames the very area shown in these images

Where I live it’s very quiet and there are a smattering of people out taking a walk getting some fresh air but keeping their distance etc. I’m off out now on my own for an hours walk. A few days ago I did the same walk and in just over an hour passed two separate people. We kept our distance, said hello and moved on.

On a sunny afternoon yesterday I drove about half a mile to take my mother a Sunday dinner and didn’t see a single car on the road. By far the huge majority are obeying the instructions.

I also totally agree the tiny minority spoil it for others and are pathetic but this has happened in all countries I believe not just the UK.

I'm glad your coping Annis and all the best to you and your family. Trouble is not everyone has a support network or they may live in a flat with no garden facilities. Those without a support network have to fend for themselves which means they have to venture out to buy food, collect medicines and those without a garden need exercise with fresh air.

The guidelines do-not allow for meetings with others in public or private places and fines can already be imposed if the reason for venturing out is not necessary or there is a gathering of people who don't live in the same household.

We need to all follow the guidelines and use common sense.

I don't doubt for one minute that your photos were 100% genuine Annis but if you look at what Castleblue posted with a wider perspective then he had a good point because some people do use old or false photos from FB to fool others but on this occasion that was not true.
