CRUNCH MEETING WITH UK GOVERNMENT ON FOOTBALL MATTERS

Thu Mar 12, 2020 1:27 pm

Big news could be incoming within the next 24 hours on whether the UK will go into the next phase for the Coronavirus and that will be the Delay phase. If this happens that will mean that Football games in the UK will be behind closed doors and mass gatherings will be restricted.

If the UK government announce the football behind closed doors now then that would be safer for every fan going to this weekends football fixtures both in the Premier League and EFL.
(In My Opinion: I think this is the safest way to protect the wider public, they need to act fast or be left wondering)

UEFA Are in crunch meetings to decide the future for both the Champions League and Europa League. AND Euro 2020 via video conferences with everyone involved on Tuesday.
(In My Opinion: Why on earth did UEFA force Wolves to go to Greece if they could be cancelling the competition)
