Shows what a great job Neil Harris did there. Millwall would still be in League 1 if it wasn't for Neil Harris. Matt Smith has proven a shrewd signing for them by Harris for only 400k. Hopefully Harris can continue to do good business in the market like that for us, that's if our fans actually want to give him a chance.

No it shows what a great job Gary Rowett has done there. Harris left them a few places above the relegation zone, Rowett has taken them to within a few pts of the play offs.

Where were we in the league when Harris took over? We have gone forward as well, credit all round.going to be really tight I think, got my toes crossed we can do it,but at the same time worried if we went up too,how many signings would we need? As the ones we have will not be anywhere near good enough imho.and if tan didnt splash the cash,we'd be a laughing stock for sure? :old: :bluebird:

I'd disagree there,I thought we were unlucky last time, and we're still in with a shout with a couple of games to go! When many fans and punters had us down by Christmas and with a record low points total,we did punch above our weight, but we had gunnar camarasa & arter, and I believe if the sala tragedy turned out differently, (rip)we may well have stayed up.just my opinion this time is,do we have any players ready to take that massive step up? This time I don't think we have many really.would never turn down promotion of course, but wouldn't want us as a laughing stock either, which we certainly wern't last time. :old: :bluebird:

the truth is somewhere in the middle millwall were struggling a bit when Harris went but it's the same players rowett has given credit to Harris for in his words leaving him a small but talented squad of players with team spirit he says he hasn't seen at any other club, I'm glad Harris is doing well we were more surprised than you were that he got that job, his experience at millwall will benefit cardiff if he's learnt from it , he did a good job at millwall we were a basket case of a club under Holloway and we're bottom of the championship when he started 1 promotion 2 Wembley finals an fa cup quarter final beating 3 premiership clubs in successive rounds tells you that , he did tend not to have a plan b in games but you learn from experience and the amount of comebacks you have had this season is quite something. hope you make the play offs we have a chance can you imagine a millwall v cardiff play off final
