Wales manager Ryan Giggs is in Amsterdam ahead of the UEFA Nations League draw today (Tuesday), where he will learn who Wales will face in League B later this year.
Giggs' men will play a total of six matches between September and November, facing each of their group opponents twice: once on home soil and once away.
The draw for the 2020-21 Nations League takes place in the Netherlands on Tuesday evening.
Here's everything you need to know in advance.
What time is the draw?
It is due to start at 5pm UK time on Tuesday, March 3.
What is the Nations League all about again?
The main purpose of the Nations League is to reduce the number of meaningless friendlies and bring an additional competitive element to international football.
Is it linked to World Cup qualification?
Yes. Once the winners and runners-up from regular qualifying for the 2022 finals in Qatar are known, the two highest-ranked Nations League group winners who did not qualify for the World Cup directly, or finish as a group runner-up, join the 10 runners-up in a two-round play-off system.
That will produce a further three European teams to join the 10 regular World Cup qualifying group winners in Qatar.
What is the format and is there promotion and relegation?
The 55 UEFA member associations have been split into four leagues, with the top 16 ranked sides being in League A and split into four groups of four. Wales are among the four best seeds in League B, when the same format will be followed.
This is slightly different to last time when Wales were in a three-team group with Denmark and Ireland. Thus they only had four matches.
This time around it will be six games, Wales playing home and away between September and November 2020.
The winners of the groups in League A will contest the Nations League finals in June 2021.
The group winners in Leagues B, C and D gain promotion and those who finish bottom of the four groups in Leagues A and B will be relegated. There will also be relegation play-offs in League C.
Who could Wales face?
Wales are seeded in Pot 1 for the League B draw alongside Russia, Austria and Czech Republic. One team from each of pots 2, 3 and 4 will make up Wales' four-team league.
From Pot 2, Wales could face Scotland, Norway, Serbia or Finland.
From Pot 3, they could draw Slovakia, Turkey, Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
From Pot 4, Wales could face Bulgaria, Israel, Hungary or Romania.
What's the best draw?
There is the potential for a group containing Wales (Pot 1), Scotland (Pot 2) and one of Northern Ireland or the Republic from Pot 3. That would give a real derby feel to fixtures and create great interest with big crowds home and away.
Travel would also be a lot easier for the fans.
What's the worst draw?
Perhaps one containing Wales, Serbia (Pot 2), Turkey (Pot 3) and Romania (Pot 4). Every one of those teams would be extremely hard to beat on their own soil.
Russia are also in the first pot in League B. Their presence could be interesting with the World Cup qualification angle - Russia is currently contesting sanctions from the World Anti-Doping Agency which would mean no team under a Russian banner could compete in Qatar.
