Celtic Manor rent their Lodges out for (limited number) private parties. Not sure of the costs but I believe they can accommodate quite a few people at a time

We rented a cottage recently, held up to 14 which was very nice in Bideford.

depends on your budget and how many people really. we just looked for cottages and air bnb.
