Jazz Richards missing again, 2nd match in a row, back to his usual.
What a terrific sight it is to see Joe Ralls back in the mix tonight.
Neil Harris has been unable to call upon him for most of his Cardiff City tenure so far, but today he gives him a runout in the middle of the park, with Marlon Pack dropping to the bench.
Pack has largely been one of the first names on the team sheet this season and scored a stunner against Brentford in the reverse fixture, but perhaps it is just time for a shake up.
The composition of Leandro Bacuna, Joe Ralls and Will Vaulks in midfield looks industrious, tenacious and packed full of bite and energy, with enough attacking instinct to excite as well.
On the right-hand side we see Dion Sanderson retain his place, and rightly so, and he will play in behind Albert Adomah, who comes back in after having been ineligible against his parent club Nottingham Forest this week.
On paper, that right flank looks an extremely exciting prospect.
Callum Paterson is restored to his position as the lone striker and that looks to be the right decision overall.
No sign of Jazz Richards on the bench, so it looks as though he’s not recovered from his illness.
