In the final 3rd of the pitch. We find it difficult to find players when crossing, and usually make the wrong decision whether we should shot or pass. Is it the players or the coaching ?
Players seem to put the ball in the box with the hope it will get to a team mate.

Paterson running around and generally putting himself being a nuisance worked for a while whilst tomlin was there to pick up the bits and bobs. We like most championship clubs do not have a replacement of that skill set, but yesterday Paterson was Tomlins replacement !!!
We survived two seasons ago without tomlin, need to work out how to do it again. Need to go for it, 433 with Paterson Murphy and Adomah but with little defensive responsibilities.

It's obviously the players imo, this is one level down from the premier league, every player should be able to do the basics right, people say we should play to our strengths, I'd like to know what strengths that is

our wide men have been poor in general all season (not nml) and fans who say Glatzel is shit, seem to conveniently forget,he rarely gets the service, none of our strikers do!! You can't coach basic skills,it was what got these playes into league football surely

they are simply not used to passing themselves into the oposition box, which is shocking really

Harris took on a massive task with the players warnock dumped on the club, there will be certain players leaving in the summer no doubt,as by now Harris must have some idea of who will fit into a side he puts together for himself, with players who can play the way he chooses, and not ones that he was left with.

I never wanted Harris...but he is here...but surely he should have stamped his authority on the team by now......we are still playing crap.....this suggests IMO that either he doesn t command the respect of the players or some of them or he hasn t the persona to stamp his authority on them.
Regardless of whether they are Warnocks players...there are too many first halves and even games where there is just no style or effort being shown.

Are you expecting him to change them into top 2 players
We need a clear out and better players in

where did i suggest that?...the play hasn t improved since he came in... the attitude is poor from a number of players... i dont see any improvement in attitude... i am questioning whether he has any strength of character to get some performance out of them...the last two games have been dire.

Warnock left us with an raging slow squad with no creativity. Then to compound matters the board decide to bring in mini Warnock in the shape of Neil Harris. I have watched the City for a long time now and I'm getting more and more frustrated with the board. we need a massive clear-out and a new manager. I don't care about the calls for Harris to be given a summer transfer window and more time to mould his own squad bla bla bla. Craig Bellamy is a winner, always has been always will be, loves the club and has great contacts in football. we can see Gerrard and Lampard at clubs who have taken a chance now is the time for the City to do the same. Take a chance, show some ambition and get us playing a high tempo game the fans would warm to. Fed up of same old same old, try something different please.

Agree...boring to watch... but it wont happen

All the deficiencies of the current team were there in place when Warncok left and I don't really see how any manager could have done much better than Harris has. Obviously the injury to Tomlin has just revealed how much this is a one paced lacking in creativity side. The problem for next season is we will not have enough money to spend to rectify the situation and that would apply no matter who is our manager.
Harris is going to have to do some really clever wheeling and dealing on the transfer market or I suspect next season we will be mid table flirting with relegation rather than the playoffs. It is known as a Russel Slade season.

lets be honest here, since DJ left we never have had any sort of attacking flair. i think that was the last time i was confident we would see goals in a game. since then, i've always worried about where our goals would come from.

Gerrard is managing in Scotland ffs! And as for bellamy, what would he bring to the table?? Never even managed, yet he would be better than harris

I personally don't care about people calling for our managers head, when he has taken on warnocks duff squad,so you can blame him for the same old, same old shit, the players he brought to the club, are simply not up to the task of playing anything more than hoofball, shocking, but true.any manager would struggle with this squad, regardless of what some fans believe! The players are to blame, before the manager imo.

If we can see a clear out if massively needed (not that our opinions count) but surely NH and his team can see it?
Or was he told make do and mend and the job is yours...?

In a word anticipation, and our lot haven't got any. Most top players make a run Down/across a channel not knowing if they are gonna get the ball but they still make the run.Our lot seem to rely on being played in by the more obvious ball.
