Well that's your opinion, whilst it's unlikely, we ain't quite out of the running just yet,whilst I would not normally knock another crack at the top table,I fear if we did go up through the play offs,we would need to replace nearly every player!! And to do that with players that could keep us up,would take a huge injection of cash,and I mean HUGE! And tan has had his fingers burnt more often than he would like to remember,my personal take is,warnock came while we were down and nearly out,re united fans and club,then f@cked off,leaving a poorly put together squad,renewing contracts of players who just don't play (Connolly for one) who the f@ck gives out 4 and 5 year contracts these days,unless your wanting to keep a world type of player? Thus he has left us in a very similar position as to when he arrived,with a bang average squad,hard to shift big earners,and no money to fix it to boot.and anyone who believed his statement regarding leaving a squad capable of being in the automatic places,is either a liar,or deluded.Some of the players need a massive reality check regards stealing a living from our club.but I will say,if and when the play offs are no longer achievable, bring on a few youngsters for sure,but as for unearthing a gem,don't hold your breath, because if we had one,he would surely be playing,or at least making the bench?
