Slow-Crosses & Toothless

One thing that tonight’s game has highlighted is:

1. How slow we pass the ball & the tempo we play at. Can anyone name a slower team than us in the Championship?

2. The quality of our crosses is abysmal. The majority don’t get 3ft off the ground.

3. We are toothless up front with no creativity. Can anyone think of a decent save that the Forest keeper had to make tonight.
At least Ward brought some urgency to the game when he came on. Ralls has to come in for Pack.

Some players really underperforming at the moment yet they seem to keep their place. On a positive note at least Sanderson looked decent going forward.

Those crosses were dreadful. We may as well give the ball away and let their defence pass it back to their keeper. Very frustrating.

Cant believe some of these so called footballers are on 20k a week and they cant make simple 5 yard passes or lift the ball off the ground. Corners were a joke too.

Agree. Totally sterile and toothless.

Crosses not beating the first man, consistently. shots from outside the box either miles wide or high over the bar, even our long throws are telegraphed, predictable, crap really. What do they do on the training pitch?

People vilify Glatzel but if you are having crosses of that horrendous quality put into the box then what do you want the poor lad to do??

Totally agree! Glatzel played well yesterday, but had feck all service. He’s a very good footballer!
