A forum for all things Cardiff City

Cardiff City's Lee Tomlin has suffered a serious knee injury in training on Thursday last week.
Lee Tomlin suffered the injury during a training exercise, pulling up following a 40 yard sprint in a practice match at The Vale.
The knock forced him to miss Saturday’s 2-0 defeat to Stoke City and it is thought that the knock will be bad enough to see him miss more as well.
Neil Harris says Lee Tomlin could be out for up to 2 months.
The good news is, Joe Ralls is back.
Last week saw torrential rain which decimated many areas of Wales and Cardiff’s Vale training base is by no means immune to that.
While I don’t know whether the sodden grass played any part in Tomlin’s injury, I understand he sustained the damage after chasing back 40 yards to defend after losing the ball.

Yes we are all glad that Ralls is available but it would be a mistake to ask him yo do what Tomlin does for the team he simply doesn't possess the x factor

Anyone know the nature of the injury?

Bad knee. Technical opinion.
