‘ After Today CCFC ‘

Cardiff are 6 points from the play-offs

But for me under Neil Harris we were never going to be real promotion candidates as Harris consistently can’t play a good 90 minutes of a match as a manager and he does not have the qualities .

I wish Harris would not make stupid statements like clubs will fear us, I have a quality squad. We are on course for the play offs.

I also believe the players need to look at themselves as not so long ago many were playing in the Premier.
But I don’t believe Harris knows how to get the best out of them.

Annis as much as I admire and respect your views and commitment to Cardiff. I cant help but feel you are very tunnel visioned when it comes to Harris. I know it was not a call that many of us myself included wanted when other managers were available but NH cant be blamed for taking a job. But to blame him on comments that warnock previously made before him with same squad is as I said tunnel visioned against him. Warnock stated at several times from start of season and after he left that this squad is 1 of the best in championship. Let's back until he gets a window with a bit of cash. Remember warnock signed three players who cost nearly 30 million and barely played them

Annis, I totally agree with you!!

The manager can really cause problems with statements like that. I’m not suggesting we want Warnock back (he left of his own accord positively), but he knew how to bring the spotlight away from the players and op to himself. Good managers shelter their players by whatever means and don’t make stupid promises.

Another thread I noticed just now related to playoff positions, conveniently ignoring the jaxx- tempting fate I think, especially as they have just pinched a lead in the table.

As for other clubs fearing coming to the CCS, again it’s just asking for trouble in my view. Just do the talking on the pitch!!

Because one bad performance is not a reflection of NH tenure so far..he’s doing quite well considering.

Thank you and the respect is returned :bluebird: :bluebird:

Warnock saved us from relegation and got us promoted short
Warnock could say what he wanted as his CV backed it up.

Harris sorry I don’t like his style and I know he took the job and they gave him the job as a yes man and knowing No money.
He was cheap.

The whole championship has been poor this season why do you think we are still within touching distance, that said it make it interesting for a lot of supporters :bluebird:

Reid murphy and Tomlin. Barely started under Warnock and if we were to go back over the forums there would be posts to suggest this also

I said before this game it was make it break for the season given our next 5 games include 4 teams in the top 6.

I think that defeat both points wise and mentally probably finished us for this season. A win at Stoke and we would have been right in the mix and full of confidence
Really disappointing because they did all the hard work then put in a performance like that

I am not a huge fan of Harris but I don't really see what more he can do given the players he has got. He is picking the team most of us would pick and playing them in the way most of us would play them I don't really think any manager could get much more out of them,Warnock certainly could not. I don't think we have any chance of the playoffs now so maybe he could try out one or two of our youngsters on a sink or swim basis. He tried out Coxe and at least we discovered he was never going to be good enough.

Thought Adomah was one of our best players yesterday alongside Vauulks. Maybe play the bloke from Wolves against Forest as Richards has looked poor in the last three games.
